Memberships and payment
This practice uses a self-pay model with optional memberships. Each membership covers the defined services described in your membership agreement, not unlimited visits. Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, hormone products and services outside this practice are not included unless your agreement says so, and may result in additional charges. Prices on this website can change; your membership agreement and our current price list control.
Insurance is not required to be a patient. We encourage you to keep health insurance to help with the costs of hospital stays, emergency care, specialty care, medications, labs or imaging.
Insurance
This practice does not bill insurance directly for medical visits. You may choose to use your insurance for prescription medications, lab testing, imaging or other services when it applies. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs depend on your individual plan.
Health coaching
Health coaching supports lifestyle and behavior change and does not replace medical evaluation or treatment. Coaching may be offered on its own or alongside medical care, but it is not a substitute for emergency or specialty care.
Wellness injections and supplements
Wellness injections and supplements support general health and nutrition. They are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. A consultation is required before treatment, and individual results vary.

This website links to services run by other companies, such as Tebra (booking, intake forms and the patient portal) and Fullscript (supplements). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
