From your first visit to ongoing care, you always know what comes next and what it costs.

    Choose Focused or Comprehensive. Your first visit is a virtual consultation with Roxanne.

  2. Labs and in-office assessment

    Our team coordinates your labs, measurements, and an EKG or Fit3D scan when they apply.

  3. Your results and plan

    Roxanne reviews your results with you, in the office or virtually, and sets your care plan.

  4. Choose how to continue

    Join the membership that fits your plan, or keep going with pay-as-you-go visits. It is your choice.

Ongoing care, one simple monthly fee.

Optional after your assessment. Roxanne will recommend the plan that fits your care, and paying yearly gets you one month free.

Essential Primary Care

Primary care

$90per month · $990 a year, prepaid

  • Up to 6 visits with Roxanne a year
  • Up to 6 nurse or clinical support visits a year
  • Primary care labs when needed, up to twice a year
  • Screenings, orders and referrals as needed

Active Weight Management

Weight care

$90per month · $990 a year, prepaid

  • 12 nurse weight-management follow-ups a year
  • 2 visits with Roxanne a year
  • Monthly Fit3D body scans (12 a year)
  • Defined annual labs

Weight Maintenance

Weight care

$60per month · $660 a year, prepaid

  • 6 nurse follow-ups and 1 visit with Roxanne a year
  • Fit3D body scans twice a year
  • For patients after 12 months or more of active weight care, with Roxanne’s approval
  • Annual labs when needed

Comprehensive Care / HRT

Most complete

$150per month · $1,650 a year, prepaid

  • Up to 12 visits with Roxanne and 12 nurse visits a year
  • Hormone therapy care when appropriate
  • Weekly clinical support visits
  • Monitoring labs when needed, up to 3 to 4 times a year
  • 12 Fit3D body scans a year

Good to know

Memberships cover the defined services listed for each plan, not unlimited visits. Medications, hormone products, outside imaging, and procedures or tests not listed are billed separately.

Your lab visit and results review happen within 60 days of your first consultation. You can join a membership within 90 days of that consultation without another visit, as long as your assessment is complete.
