About me

Hi, I'm Roxanne Bennett.

I became a nurse practitioner because I believe healthcare should be personal, thoughtful and centered around the individual, not rushed, reactive or fragmented.

Roxanne Bennett, DNP, NP-C · Founder & Nurse Practitioner

My story

Why I do things differently.

After years of working in traditional medical settings, I saw how hard it was for patients to get the time and attention they truly needed.

Appointments were short. Chronic conditions were managed quickly. Prevention often took a back seat.

I founded this practice to do things differently. Here, care is relationship-based, prevention-focused and designed around you. I combine evidence-based medicine with health coaching and long-term risk reduction. Whether we are working on hormone balance, heart health or simplifying medications after a hospital stay, the goal is always thoughtful, individualized care.

You deserve more than a 15-minute visit. You deserve a partner in your health.

Always learning

A practice that values education.

Medicine keeps moving, and so do we. Roxanne and the team keep learning, so your care reflects current evidence and new options as they come along.

Bennett Integrative Health is also a teaching practice. We precept nurse practitioner students, who learn whole-person care here as part of our team. Teaching keeps us sharp, curious and grounded in why we do this work.

Integrative care philosophy

Integrative care is not alternative medicine. It is personal medicine.

Integrative care blends evidence-based medicine with a whole-person approach. It looks beyond symptoms and lab values to how lifestyle, stress, sleep, nutrition, hormones and daily habits shape your wellbeing.

In this practice, integrative means

  • Using conventional medical treatments when they are needed
  • Reviewing whether medications are helping, unnecessary or causing side effects
  • Focusing on prevention, education and long-term health, not quick fixes
  • Taking time to explain your health, options and next steps in a way that makes sense

Office Manager

Keely is a third-generation licensed aesthetician with a background in spa management and aesthetics instruction. She grew up understanding that how we care for ourselves on the outside is deeply connected to how we feel on the inside, a belief that drew her to integrative health.

She wants every patient to feel seen, supported and at ease, and she is committed to making the process of navigating your health feel a little more human, one warm welcome at a time.
