Prescriptions & Medication Review

A careful look at everything you take: what is helping, what may be unnecessary, and what may be causing side effects. Roxanne works with your other prescribers as your advocate.

Complex Care Coordination

Record review after a hospital stay or specialist visit, with care coordination and a clear follow-up plan, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Home Visits

If you can't come to us, we may be able to come to you. Home visits are available when appropriate, within a set distance of the office.
